Responsibilities: Administrative management of steel, timber, scrap, iron ore trading transactions mostly originating from the Russian Federation to destinations worldwide. Responsibilities include: drafting purchase/sales contracts; budgeting and presentation of the deals to the financing banks, then negotiating and executing financing with banks in London, Frankfurt, Vienna and Geneva; managing the payments to suppliers; managing the performance guarantees and import/export letters of credit; day-to-day monitoring of cash flow and movement of the goods; nomination and collaboration with international inspection and insurance companies; managing the accounting and the database related to the above-mentioned transactions; producing final profit and cash flow reports at closure of transactions including reconciliations with clients and suppliers; monitoring the position of transactions with the banks related to the projects. Tight collaboration with shipment department – vessel nomination, preparation of shipment instructions, laytime calculations. Established for Carbofer the timber trading financing facilities with the international banks.

Head of Visa card product.Management of client accounts; developing and managing the card projects including salary projects for the major communication and cell phone companies of the Russian Federation; management of the accounts of VIP clients; controlling and checking software functionality and results, database management and client account applications approval; controlling the correctness of fund transfers to/ from client accounts; chargeback processing and handling of doubtful and refused transactions; managing the accounts opened with sponsorship and settlement banks; inserting the daily operational results of the card center into the global bank accounting system; preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the Central Bank of Russia, Visa International as well as the internal reports for the top management of the bank; collaborating with Visa International in London; management of personnel including selection, work-load and priority distribution as well as performance evaluation.
