Česká společnost pro jakost is an association that brings together a wide range of individuals and organizations working in different areas of management systems. We provide complex services (education, certification, publications) on management systems and quality management tools. We are unique due to exclusive international connections (EOQ, EFQM, VDA QMC). In order to expand our services, an Excellence Centre was formed within the organization as a platform for organisations working with advanced management tools and committed to continuous improvement philosophy, which I am exremely proud of as I stood at its birth. As an Advanced Management Tools Manager I followed up on my previous work being responsible for promotion and application of the EFQM Model in Czech environment.I am enjoying cooperation with our clients on many interesting projects- bringing EFQM products and philosophy to Czech Republic through long-term partnership between CSQ an EFQM- lecturing and consulting activities related to the EFQM Model (licenced EFQM products or tailor made solutions)- assessing for the National Quality Award- management and delivery of EFQM Model / CAF assessment projects- translations of EFQM licenced products into Czech language- close cooperation with the Excellence Center, learning and sharing platform for organisations and individuals striving for business excellence, mainly in terms of spreading awarness of the Model

As an Excellence Centre Manager I was responsible for advanced management tools (EFQM Excellence Model, CAF model, benchmarking, CSR) in terms of- lecturing and consulting activities- translation of trainings and publications- training development and tailored trainings- managing of projects of implementing advanced management tools- expert guarantee of the National Quality Award Programmes and working as a National Quality Award assessor- CSQ’s selfassessment and managing improvement projects- creating an Excellence Centre platform
