Following a decision to set up an independent Festival operation, we were engaged to assist with the transitionSoils For Life - an organisation at the leading edge of sustainable farming practices – engaged Positive Solutions to assist with the governance development of the organisation, readying it for future anticipated growth. The Dalrymple Community Cultural Centre Trust - Positive Solutions is contributing to shaping the trajectory of the Mike Carney Creative Industries Centre in Charters Towers, aiding with board training, contractor recruitment, operational setup of the creative complex, and leadership in strategic planning.Bayside City Council - Strategic Planning to help develop the Council’s vision for the heritage Billilla Mansion as a community asset and preparation of the Billilla 2023-2027 Strategic Plan in collaboration with experienced culture and heritage consultant Sue Silberberg. University of Oxford - In support of Human Economics, Positive Solutions was engaged by the University of Oxford to lead the "building in use" workstream for the c£300m Schwarzman Centre for the Humanities project, encompassing financial model development, interface management, governance arrangements and visioning for the Centre.Bridges Health & Community Care Ltd - Positive Solutions is assisting Bridges Health & Community Care, Bundaberg, with assessment of governance options for programs in the former Bundaberg Fire Station Precinct 58, including operational arrangements and board composition.Hornsby Shire Council - Positive Solutions has been engaged by Hornsby Shire Council to craft an inclusive Arts and Cultural Plan, involving strategic alignment, thorough stakeholder engagement, and active leadership to enrich community participation and strengthen local arts and culture.Murray Conservatorium - Positive Solutions is thrilled to undertake a Board Effectiveness Review for the Murray Conservatorium, encompassing thorough documentation review, survey drafting and administration, interviews, actionable recommendations, and a facilitated discussion to enhance alignment and issue resolution within the board.
