Team Leader for cross-functional API development team.

Oversaw an initiative to quickly build and launch outbound dialing campaigns in our Five9 platform. I was the technical contact for our Partner Management team from initial presentation to launch - including API integration and testing. Our team built automation that allowed us to rapidly create partner campaigns. We were able to launch 20+ partner campaigns in 4 months.I also advocated for, and assisted, with changing our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from Scrum to Kanban which better reflected our delivery methodology.

Product Owner for CRM platform (Salesforce) for Rocket Auto - a new company in the Rocket Family of Companies. Responsible for all aspects of CRM and supporting our business - gathering requirements, maintaining/prioritizing backlog, collaborating with admins/developers on implementation, testing and ongoing support.Lead Product Owner for implementation of vendor platform used on RocketAuto.com to provide estimated monthly payment and pricing information for vehicles.

Product Owner supporting calling campaigns for various clients using Five9 telephony platform. I served as the primary technology contact for a large scale Covid testing/vaccination campaign that our team supported. I worked with internal and external partners and a technology team from Rocket Mortgage to ensure we were providing high service levels for the Covid testing/vaccination efforts of our partner.We also identified an opportunity to build an intelligent virtual assistant (IVA) to answer after-hours phone calls. The IVA was set up to capture client information and create leads that could be contacted the next business day, virtually eliminating voice mails and the effort needed to check/process them.

Led a cross-functional, agile team that supported our internal lead management platform. During this time, our team helped with integrating a web platform that was acquired to give our company a better external presence. We also supported a re-branding of the company from In-House Realty to Rocket Homes.

Assisted technology team with adopting agile strategies. We identified, and implemented, smaller delivery teams that supported different areas of technology. My primary area of focus was our lead management platform.

Focused on learning agile principles, and Scrum framework. Our team trained over 1,000 technology team members on the basics of agile. We then supported the teams while they implemented the agile principles to their Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and transitioned to using Microsoft Team Foundation Server for their backlog management.I also led the Agile Coaching team along with our Quality Assurance Architect and DevOps teams in our Center of Excellence.

Divided previous team of 20+ team members in to 3 separate teams focused on different areas of our web technology platform. Interviewed, and hired, new team leaders for each of the three teams.

Led a team of Business Analysts that worked in a cross-functional environment with our development team on Quicken Loans web properties. The team grew over time from an original team of 7 Business Analysts to 20+ while also growing the number of sites supported along with adding mobile app development. Our team took requirements from the idea stage, supported the development process, completed QA testing and launched them. We also provided ongoing support.Lead Product Owner for project that built a web portal for a new B2B line of business. The portal facilitated mortgage applications being submitted and two way communication while the loan was being processed. The channel grew to over $1B in monthly revenue in its first year.

Worked with automotive parts suppliers to implement EDI order processing software that allowed them to receive orders from their customers, build production schedules, and process shipments. I focused on the shipping process where the orders were assembled, scanned, and loaded on to the trucks for shipping.

Began work as a front-line customer service representative working in the Chevrolet Customer Assistance Center. Took inbound calls from Chevrolet owners who were looking for help getting their vehicle serviced or were looking to have a repair covered by Chevrolet after their vehicle had exceeded it's warranty terms. Reviewed the customer requests with dealership personnel as well as Chevrolet representatives. I also was an assistant team leader and technology trainer while on this account.
