Mr. Fisher was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte. He supported the Department of Defense in their first ever full financial statement audit and subsequent audits, and supported the remediation of notice of finding and recommendations (NFRs). His primary experience was focused on General Plant, Property, and Equipment (GPP&E) line items, with extensive experience in Real Property and additional experience in Environmental and Disposal Liabilities(E&DL). Mr. Fisher performed the development and implementation of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), development of Plan of Actions and Milestones (POAM), and follow on testing efforts to comply with changing laws, regulations, and accounting guidance for multiple line items, including GPP&E, Lease Liabilities (in compliance with OMB A-11 and SFFAS 54), and Public-Private Ventures (PPV) under the Military Housing and Privatization Initiative (MHPI) (in compliance with SFFAS 47 and SFFAS 49).

Mr. Fisher provided Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR), audit remediation, asset management, and process improvement services to Department of Defense clients.

Mr. Fisher was a Senior Financial Analyst at Accenture. He supported the Department of Defense in their efforts to assert audit readiness. His experience included support of General Plant, Property, and Equipment (GPP&E), and Inventory and Related Property asset line items to achieve SFFAS 50 and SFFAS 6, and SFFAS 48 and SFFAS 3 compliance, respectively. While his experience has focused heavily on Real Property, he also has experience in the existence and completeness, and valuation of aircraft, vessels, and satellites.Mr. Fisher also performed discovery, research, development of test plans, development and implementation of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), development of Plan of Actions and Milestones (POAM), and follow on testing efforts to ensure FIAR’s Wave 3 (Existence, Completeness, Rights and Obligations, and Presentation and Disclosure), and FIAR’s Wave 4 (Valuation) in accordance with identified timelines.
