My name is Fisher Franzen (he/him) and I am pursuing a major in Finance with a minor in Insurance and Risk Management at UW Oshkosh. Upon my graduation in May of 2024, I would like to involve myself with an insurance agency and a focus on both insurance and the financial aspects of a company. Currently, I am a member of the Honor's College and a member of the Business Scholar Program overseen by the University of Oshkosh. In addition, I have been accepted into an associate position within the campus's parking services where I assist in maintaining permits and troubleshooting customer complications.After my first year of Highschool I began to work for the City of Menasha as an concession worker and attendant for their pool facility. Through my five years of experience I developed from the City of Menasha, I became a worker that is capable of interacting with customers, managing finances, troubleshooting unforeseen challenges, training staff members and organizing data both physically and digitally. Furthermore, this has lead me to become an excellent worker that is always ready to step up when it comes to challenges and lead others to be successful when a situation becomes difficult.As I continue my education, I am looking forward to finding connections to other people and companies that will help assist me in my goal to grow as a young professional and assist others that are in need of financial services.
