The Manager of Training Curriculum - AWS Federal Training is responsible for developing and executing AWS’ federal technical curriculum strategy under AWS WWPS (Worldwide Public Sector) that incorporates the needs of customers and internal enablement. This role is responsible for the training portfolio that consists of instructor-led training, on-demand learning, video based training, self-paced labs etc. This role involves developing the training strategy, curriculum development, content compilation, content development, and instructor enablement. As the owner of federal curriculum, this role will be required to leverage strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills to engage executives, product SME’s, customers and partners to define the most effective, high quality training curriculum. The role will be required to integrate strategic project planning skills with tactical technical content reviews along with the experience and know-how to take ownership of the curriculum lifecycle at AWS.Responsibilities· Develop global education portfolio for customers and internal enablement to include content for federal government and the US Intelligence Community· Create and manage the training roadmap· Develop strategies to develop high quality technical training content enabling adoption of our products by customers through training· Develop and execute a strategy to manage the AWS self-paced hand-on labs platform for the federal space· Manage a high performing direct team of curriculum developers and lab training architects· Own content development processes and all related tools and templates· Working closely with the Training Marketing team, manage learning paths for customers and partners· Working closely with the Training Release manager, manage all development project milestones and create the required communication plans· Manage multiple projects concurrently, monitor activity, progress and time related to project completion

Work with government mission owners to deliver training to government customers as a technical instructional designer building exciting and new courses on AWS. · Dive deep into AWS technologies, such as Big Data, Web Applications, Security, Networking, High Performance Computing, Storage, Databases, Enterprise Applications security compliance, and other solutions areas to understand the services and use your creativity to come up with training materials for our customers, whose roles range from Solutions Architect, to Systems Administrator to Developers.· Work with Subject Matter Experts across AWS (including Developers, Support Engineers, Professional Services, and Solutions Architects, among others) and the customer base to understand the training needs and build effective e-leaning solutions.· Get in on the ground floor of this exciting and growing team, and help define training development tools and processes.

- Lead technical curriculum developer for instructor-led courses: + Big Data on AWS + Systems Operations on AWS + Advanced Architecting on AWS- Dive deep into AWS technologies, such as Big Data, Web Applications, Security, Networking, High Performance Computing, Storage, Databases, Enterprise Applications and other solutions areas to understand the services and use my creativity to come up with training materials for our customers, whose roles range from Solutions Architect, to Systems Administrator to Developers.· Work with Subject Matter Experts across AWS (including Developers, Support Engineers, Professional Services, and Solutions Architects, among others) to understand the training need and build effective training.

- Help shape the ongoing strategy and mission of the AWS training program.- Assist in developing & maintaining technical training content, lab exercises, presentations, and accompanying materials.- Deliver instructor-led classroom training to end-user customers and partners on a regular schedule in US and abroad.- Work with key vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, effective training content.- Assist in the development of a formalized Train-the-Trainer program for our Authorized Training Center partners and Contractors.- Mentor and train internal and external authorized trainers as part of a train the trainer program

• Drive all data integration related activities for large scale healthcare systems implementations • Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and configure their system appropriately • Perform detailed analysis of data on incoming interfaces from existing and new healthcare IT systems • Design, implement, troubleshoot, and extend data parsing packages • Lead configuration and testing activities for interface connections into Caradigm systems • Help troubleshoot any interface-related customer issues • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the implementation processes • Provide input to the development team on product enhancements/features • Work onsite and remotely on customer-owned system implementations
