All functions of the Accounting Department; daily reconciliation of program management system, maintain AP and AR in QuickBooks, credit card and bank statement reconciliation, bank deposits, proformas for potential and existing program revenue and expenses, prepare P&L and 1099 compliance documentation and process for scholarship programs. Through the merger of Urban Studio and BDG, I became a team member of BDG Architects and soon positioned myself as the Director of Marketing. Through acquisitions the firm's growth was rapid and spread across several states making for a fast paced environment. The acquisitions also created multiple new markets, services, project types and over 70 employees in three short months. The rapid growth allowed me to dive in and participate in all facets of the business, working directly with the owners and executives, creating strategic, marketing, and staffing plans and budgets.

Oversaw and coordinated all of Urban Studio Architects marketing and business development events.
