I am was responsible for sourcing and hiring my own team of door canvassers, this is in a 100% commission only job.I would then pitch the job to the potential candidates via a presentation, this would be done 3 times per week due to the turnover of staff in this position. I would then conduct one training session per week of successful candidates for the role, this would range from 1- 20 people in the session. I would then teach the sales script and sales techniques, and introduce each new starter to my current team.I would also manage my current team to ensure they were hitting target to ensure they were earning money with the company, and also to make sure I was consistently hitting my own target. In this role I would also knock doors with my team to help with training and to ensure that they were getting the most of this and to ensure I would hit my own target to make sure I would get paid.
