As Chairman I oversee the strategic direction, operations, and performance of the company, with the help of a talented and diverse team. I have more than 30 years of experience in the Business investment , Education and social enterprise industry, having worked as a start up founder , experienced in business acquisitions and experienced in scaling business and social enterprise performance . I have served on both public sector , Private sector and Not for profit boards , Many of those as Chairman . I have a strong background in people management , problem solving and management for outcomes . Both strategic planning and operationalising strategy are key strengths . I am passionate about creating innovative and customized solutions for our businesses and various projects as well as fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and excellence within those organisations we have been involved with in the past and those we have more recently acquired .
