Every insight helps us improve—whether it’s simplifying how people book a table or creating new ways to engage them.A Glimpse of My Journey:Zomato: I focus on crafting strategies to grow the table reservation business while ensuring customers find it easy and rewarding to use. My passion for data and experimentation drives my approach to optimizing the user journey and improving adoption rates.Cult.fit: Managed three fitness centers, generating ₹2 Cr in revenue and launching the brand in Jaipur. I trained teams, created processes, and ensured we hit the ground running in a new city. Being recognized as 'Center Manager of the Month' was a proud moment in my journey.Storyteller at Heart: With a background in mass communication, I’ve always been curious about the “why” behind people’s decisions.
