The restructuring process and YIPP's strategic plan successfully increased YIPP's staff from 8 to 60 people in two years.5. YIPP's annual grant was increased from RM 800K to RM 1.6 Million in just one year by convincing the State Government of its efficiency and effectiveness.6. Maintain the YIPP budget surplus for two consecutive fiscal years. (The latest record is that until 31 December 2023 YIPP had a surplus of RM 1.1 million.)7. Established a trusted brand that allowed YIPP to receive a van donation worth RM120K from Tabung Haji.8. Developed an SPM fast track program known as Iltizam Huffaz to assist Tahfiz students in preparing for the exam. More than 200 Tahfiz students in Penang have benefited from this program. Assisted Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (SMK) students with additional Islamic religious education outside the classroom by developing the KAFA Menengah Tahfiz Program in Penang. With over 800 students and 40 teachers across Penang. KAFA Menengah Tahfiz was implemented in Malaysia for the first time by Yayasan Islam Pulau Pinang with RM2 million in grant funding.

Coordination: Serve as the initial point of contact, ensuring efficient handling of administrative tasks such as meeting minutes, correspondence, and meeting management. Branding: Initiated development of an accessible website to simplify appointment scheduling for public meetings with the Deputy Chief Minister.Branding: Developed the brand "Membangun Khaira Ummah" for the Deputy Chief Minister as an idea for the development of the Muslim community in Penang. This brand was later adopted as a State Government policy launched as the Khaira Ummah Development Plan 2030.Budget: Cultivated a substantial network within government circles, extending to ministerial levels.
