- Translating all documentations and electrical drawing that are required for all existing product and new products that are assigned for 4 projects and 90 parts for the first month- Prepared quality reports and records for the raw materials and assembled part- Maintain the currency of the quality manuals by IPQC and oversees the quality at all stages and carried out a random quality inspection.- Ensure customer's new/revised/additional requirement is properly channeled and practiced and documentated.-Involve in quality improvement by attending customer meeting for the needs and others request for product.-Ensured KPI updated- Involved in inspecting IQC and OQC- Prepared FAIR report for first sample- Ensured first sample run smoothly from beginning to the end.- Ensured raw material quoted is equivalent with customer BOM by comparing internal BOM and customer BOM.
