Report on job safety performance,Keep a permanent record of all injuries and damage at site, Keep a record of weekly safety meetings on site with subject and attendance,Conduct periodical inspection of vehicles, equipment, tools and firefighting facilities, etc., last but not the list, Schedule and conduct H.S.E. induction training for all new entrants
