Initially considering it a brief pause in my IT career, I took a bold step and immersed myself in the world of Blockchain Technology/ cryptocurrency, anticipating its integration into the IT field. IT Equipment Management: • Monitor, maintain, and manage IT equipment inventory. • Ensure all devices are updated with the latest AV, software and patches. • Ensure PCI compliance for all devices, remediating as necessary.2. User Support: • On-call rotation assisting users in person, chat, email, over the phone, or from a remote location. • Document all activities related to request fulfillment using the ITSM ticketing tool.5. Technical Tasks Include: • Administering Active Directory - Windows Server Env't (User and Computer, Group Policy, Organizational Unit, DHCP, and DNS) • Creating VLANs via DHCP Scope. • Administering Exchange Server, MS O365, Teams, and Sharepoint. • MFA- DUO Administration. • Administering VoIP systems. • Implementing SCCM Endpoint protection and software distribution. • VPN, VMWare, AWS, setup, implementation, and troubleshooting. • Conducting basic to advanced Network troubleshooting, including Meraki access provisioning. • Daily Ping Plotter monitoring and weekly AV Patch management • Onsite and remote PC troubleshooting and maintenance. • First responder handling regional (APAC) & global system downtime incidents. • Overseeing client change request completion. • Managing PC movement (setup, configuration, and implementation) for site changes or new onboarding accounts.
