My role was to improve Project Service processes and software with the aim of enhancing collaboration, reporting and auditing on EPCM mining projects. The HealthPAC division provides payments, contract management, counter-fraud and reporting services for the Ministry of Health. I was assigned to the HealthPAC Business Support Services Team (Test Team). BSS supports the legacy Contract Management System (CMS) for the Ministry of Health. I was tasked with coordinating department level testing and implementation of upgrades within the CMS Test Team. Liasing with the Payment Team Leaders, I worked hard to ensure a smooth upgrade delivery cycle. I organised and led training seminars as well as improving the Test Team work processes.

I worked with the Business Intelligence (Data Warehouse) and Desktop Teams. I focused on Microsoft Project Server Enterprise Project Management(EPM) and SharePoint administration. I also assisted key stakeholders with the implementation of their new EPM system, as well as providing project management support and user training. On the technical side, I worked on the development of Project methodologies for easy MS Project Server integration.

Designed and built analysis database software at Woodside Energy, mostly working in developing BI OLAP Cubes and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS). This asset management software included a Pressure Safety Valve maintenance modelling app, and a Platform Critical Trip Tracking and Reporting app. I also created an offshore asset maintenance database with statistical analysis integration (SAS).

Tasked to complete a failing SQL Server based asset management and Help Desk integration project at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital.
