As a successful salesperson I understand the value of good product knowledge and exceptional customer service. I also enjoy the challenges of providing a winning sales solution to my client. When I take on any new position I want to know everything about it; what we can do, and how we can do it. I strive to build my reputation at work by keeping open lines of communication with my teammates in order to determine how best to work with them. When I feel I have a firm grasp of job, I scale up my efforts for the benefit of the client by working with my teammates to develop successful product solutions and strategies to win the sale. This also affords me a more active role in my teammates career development and promotes a positive team concept by adding their perspective to the conversation. I've discovered that sometimes I can even learn a few more things when a teammate comes to me with a fresh perspective.
