I interned in our new marketing department while I was still an MBA student and found I loved working at HBS. After graduation I started as an Assistant Director and was promoted to manage the department in 2005. Developed marketing pitch for recruiting at HBS and materials to attract and retain recruiters for our students. Managed website, oversaw technology in the office.

Led department through daily direction setting and long term planning to attain results in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost and morale. Controlled P&L for $60 million department. Implemented comprehensive system to address issues in productivity, maintenance of equipment and costs. Applied safety and quality awareness system to eliminate time lost to injuries and product integrity defects.

Led 4 shift teams comprised of 120 technicians and maintenance department of 30 technicians. Created system to address equipment breakdowns and implemented system across module of 400 people. Developed a leadership training course and taught classes for all Logistics technicians. Managed shipping operations.
