I was responsible for reconciling billing & complaints with third party online resellers like Expedia Inc & Booking.com. I responsible for coordinating maintenance calls & taking care of some of them myself from changing air conditioners to replacing refrigerators to repairing showers & tubs. Revenue is generated when the customers are happy with their purchase and loyalty is built with customers when see the efforts made on their behalf. Increasing revenue through improving the misleading and contradictory things on websites helps eliminate confusion. Keeping the office running smooth as well as the properties (whichever I was assigned at the time) running smooth is how I gained experience as a front desk clerk, night auditor, and supervisor of the front office during my time in hospitality.
