Responsibilities include:- Provide a single point of contact for all IT related incidents- Serve as liaison between customers and the technology department to resolve issues- Create, update and manage Customer Service Request tickets- Provide support for Desktop and associated Hardware, Desktop Software, Telephony and Connectivity- Record full documentation of effort required to resolve identified incidents- Manage all created incident tickets to ensure accurate and timely handling- Provide incident analysis and problem identification based on ticket reviews- Participate in major incident and root cause analysis meetings and discussions- Assist with the inventory management and deployment process
