I have been working in Supply Chain, Logistics & Shipping domain since 2021. I have worked with 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞-𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 Companies that are working on different modules of Amazon PL & WS and located in Karachi, Pakistan.I managed their supply chain department which was included product sourcing, shipping and logistics. My role was included sourcing the products with deeper research of material, achieve target price, maintaining quality control, negotiating MOQ for test inventory, managing product packaging, managing master carton size and weight from exceeding shipping cost, collect suppliers data and build relationship with them, take follow-ups during production, arrange physical inspection, analysis of inspection report, working closely among sourcing team of the company. Chinese inspectionteam, freight forwarders, communicate with suppliers, communicate with clients, working with logistics and shipping team.
