I am a Counselling Psychologist & Psychotherapist holding a Master’s in Psychology and specialising in queer-affirmative and trauma-informed care.I am dedicated to providing therapy for adolescents and adults, with a special focus on supporting individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community. I prioritize a systemic approach to mental health, which includes recognizing how existing power structures and institutions influence individuals’ lives and their ability to cope with their problems. In my practice, I draw from Gestalt, systemic, solution-focused, and internal family systems schools of psychotherapy as well as Ambedkarite school of thought and critical social work theories. Additionally, I utilise art-based approaches to therapy such as painting and doodling, along with poetry therapy exercises to facilitate self-expression and promote self-reflection.Additionally, I offer academic editing and reviewing services to assist authors in getting their manuscripts published, while procrastinating working on my own research project.
