As a Chief Architect the key role is to perform senior team member activities in overall design development and supervision (construction) of the projects (mainly residential and housing projects). Main responsibilities were:- Providing technical design solutions to any problems encountered on site with focus on the construction phases of development.-Working closely with a team of other disciplines such as building service engineers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists.-Choosing the materials to be used and specifying the requirements for the project.-Making sure the project is running according to schedule and budget.-Site base, managing the construction and RFI process, dealing with this client, and managing consultants and the contractor relationship.

The site is approx. 0.5Ha with a single access point from a tertiary road.Key role was overall architectural design responsibility. Design delivered in RIBA 0-4 level.

As Design Architect the key role was, based in Istanbul office working on various projects in Turkey, Turkmenistan and Romania.
