Working on a National Science Foundation(NSF) grant that aims to compile a thorough policy document about the best practices to be followed while dealing with the issue of sexual harassment in universities, STEM, medicine and military.- Undertaking the qualitative research by conducting in depth interviews with the graduate students in three different STEM colleges of Texas A&M University- Created a survey questionnaire using Qualtrics advanced survey development techniques to measure the knowledge to report sexual harassment incidents of faculty, staff and graduate students at three different STEM colleges of Texas A&M University.- Working on detailed literature review and completing the coding of articles via Dedoose-Providing assistance in formulating the questionnaire for primary research

Was involved with the following Energy Sector Projects:1. Wrote a case study to explore the scope of Solar Panels as an alternative source of energy for households.This included constructing a financial model on Microsoft Excel to carry out a cost and revenue analysis of alternative sources of electricity available to a household.2. A case study on the Governance issues being faced by State Owned Enterprises in Pakistan, with focus on the case of Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO). This involved collecting information from both primary and secondary sources and conducting indepth interviews with higher management including members of Board of directors and Chairman PESCO.3. Analysis of energy stocks and futures to check whether including them in a financial portfolio is a viable investment choice or not.
