Prior to his call in 2015, he practiced for more than a decade as a specialist attorney at two major law firms as well as at a leading international law firm, advising multi-national listed companies. FJ has published widely and his research on corporate and securities law is referenced in Henochsberg on the Companies Act. He has contributed to a number of scholarly and professional articles and is also a contributor to an international compendium as well as a published author. Apart from his practice, he is also an established academic and he lectures on a part-time basis, business law at Akademia. FJ previously lectured corporate and securities law as a part-time lecturer for LLM candidates at UP and at NWU.
