A dual national citizen (UK and RSA), currently working within London Audit Group (LAG) USA team, my expertise spans over a portfolio of ISA (International Standard on Auditing), PCAOB (Public Company Accounting Oversight Board) and AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) audit engagements reporting under either IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), US GAAP and UK GAAP. Consisting of US Foreign Private Issuers and Direct Filer engagements, my portfolio includes inbound reporting for US listed groups, Internal Control Financial Reporting under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), in conjunction with audit engagements of non-public companies considering IPO’s and other public offerings on NASDAQ or London Stock Exchange.My 10+ years’ experience is built on a solid foundation of delivering audit strategies specific to each engagement with quality and compliance as the foundation. I have achieved this through the building and managing of an exceptional team to execute these audit engagements, ensuring reporting and filing deadlines are met in accordance with the required regulations as well as resolving and advising on accounting and technical issues. I believe in building and maintaining strong relationships, not only within my team, but also with new and established clients, identifying opportunities within existing portfolios and encouraging my team to adopt a similar mindset. Through making the most of the opportunities presented, I actively participate in proposals and bids on an ongoing basis to stimulate growth within the firm and LAG USA team.
