I served MAN Diesel, who installed a new Power Plant at Narowal, Punjab, Pakistan. I worked as a Plant Health, Safety and Environment Manager (HSE Manager) in my capacity on behalf of Bureau Veritas Pakistan. The HSE Manual for site area was documented in light of European and German standards those were endorsed by the principal customer Hubco. The project covers Construction; Pre-Fabrication; Fabrication; Steel Structure Erection; Equipment Installation; Major Electrical Installations; Pre-Commissioning; Commissioning and finally handing over of Plant.

I worked for OSALP International from May,08 to Mar,09. First of all I would like to thank from bottom of my heart to the senior trainer and consultant for giving me strength and directions throughout my unforgettable time in OSALP. I have tried my best to do the followings during my stay for our valuable clients. • Assuring HSE procedures are suitable for the operations conducted by our clients. • Providing feedback to our clients on personnel compliance with HSE procedures in the tasks they performed. • Helping in investigations and performs follow-up activities on unplanned events, incidents and/or accidents. • Carry out induction training for all new employees. • Liaise with client HSE representative for base operations. • Provide regular monthly (where required) reports to our clients. • Organization and scheduling of safety meetings with client HSE representatives to discuss quarterly performance on whole. • Organization and scheduling of monthly and quarterly emergency response check drills. • Planning and conducting in-house training courses (also training calendar). • Planning and conducting internal inspections, self-assessments and informal/formal audits. • Coordinate base improvements that require to be implemented for uplift of overall HSE. • Train personnel in HSE procedures/initiatives as required by clients.

I worked for Schlumberger Pakistan at different locations; starting from world wide known project; Early Production Facility, got transfer to OFS department [Islamabad] and then to South of Pakistan [Khaskheli & Karachi] as a OFS QHSE Coordinator. I feel honored and privilege in saying that what I am today is only and truly because of one person. The one who taught me when I was no one and yet he has not left me alone. I started work for Schlumberger at their Early Production Facility (EPF) plant for MOL known at EPF Makori. This EPF is now upgraded and have become CPF (central processing facility).
