HTTP/HTTPS traffic troubleshooting. • AWS Network services: VPC, subnets and CIDR configuration, vpc peering, transit gateway configuration for HUB and Spoke environments, Security Groups and NACL configuration, Load Balancers (Classic, Network and Application) configuration and troubleshooting, vpc endpoints configuration for services (snowflake, s3 and others) , Routing tables for tgw and vpc, Route53 private and public zones, endpoints and rules (resolvers for private zones). • Training team members on Linux Administration, Cloud Platforms, and general Workflow• Advance troubleshooting and RCA on Linux and Windows servers• Server Administration: Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, IIS, RDP and general windows administration, PowerShell. Linux troubleshooting and administration; volumes, services, resource management, Apache and modsecurity, bash scripting. • On Call watch escalation, Roster scheduling, 1 on 1 and team mentoring. • Performance report elaboration and presentation for the managers.
