I've been working in the healthcare space with clinicians, health systems, and health plans for more than 15 years. I've had the opportunity to work across the continuum of care to find solutions at many levels. The initiatives I have led have made it easier for clinicians to deliver care, for institutions to manage their populations, and for patients/members to monitor and maintain wellness. I enjoy working alongside my customers to develop new processes, delivery models, and business systems that bring them quantifiable change. This positive change could come in the form of the wellness of a population, the financial outcomes of a specific department or region, or the efficiency of an existing workstream. My prior experience as an Army officer taught me to bring diverse resources together to dissect problems in nonconventional ways and to drive a project to completion with impactful results. Comprehensive solutions require a communication plan and a change management strategy that excites those involved.
