- Handles level 1, 2 and 3 support and development for Tradexpress, a proprietary system that the company is using for the processing and translation of EDI messages with a team of developers.- Handles level 1 and 2 support and development for TDN, the in house core system that the company is using for the processing and translation of EDI messages.- Involved with the development of Print N Post using Codeigniter, Jquery, HTML and MySQL. This is a web based application that the company is using for receiving, marking and batching PDF documents for printing.- Involved with the development of Mapping Tools using Codeigniter, YUI, HTML and MySQL. This is a web based tool that is being used for the auto generation of translation codes for TDN by just mapping the EDI message segment to the B2BE XML segment from the tools UI.- Involved in the maintenance and development for Hollier Dicksons on-line ordering system using Codeigniter, Jquery, HTML and MySQL.- Involved in the maintenance and development for PINs. This is a web based Scanpack solution that was built around Tradexpress using Codeigniter, Jquery, HTML and Oracle.- Tasked to lead a team of developers to migrate the McDonalds web portal that was built around Tradexpress into a web portal that will be built for TDN. This also includes all the translators from TDX to TDN.- Tasked to lead a team of developers to migrate Tradexpress clients to TDN in preparation to phase out Tradexpress and be able to save licensing fees from the company that built it.- Involved in the development of Hitachi Power Tools Australia’s Warranty and Services portal using Codeigniter, Jquery, HTML, SVG and MySQL.

- Lead a team of developers in the development of www.embarket.com using PHP, Codeigniter, jQuery, HTML, Google Map and MySQL. This is a proxy bidding site for our client Conix, Inc. in Tucson, Arizona.- In-charge in coordination with the client for request, modification and scheduling of tasks.- Delegate individual tasks to the other members of the team and make sure they are delivered on time and per specifications required by the client.

- Involved in the development of AW Hollier on-line order system using PHP, Codeigniter, Jquery, HTML and MySQL. This is an e-commerce PIND (Plug In Distributors) which enables AW Hollier’s customers order products online that translates orders into EDI messages that end up in AW Hollier’s ERP system and vice versa.- Involved in the development of MRS (Media Reconciliation Services) using PHP, Codeigniter, Jquery, HaML and Oracle. This is an online reconciliation system wherein an agency can reconcile their bookings with invoices from suppliers. The agency’s bookings are parsed into the system so as with the invoices and statements from their different suppliers.

- Handles Level 1, 2 and 3 supports to the company’s clients for LAMP Enterprise (a web based ERP System now called Rosetta Enterprise).- As Head of customer support, I am in charge with the delegation of client issues be resolved to the other Level 1 and 2 support personnel. - Coordinates with clients and the company’s development personnel's on requests and issues for enhancements and development on the system.- Gives additional inputs for the design of new functionalities on the system based on the information received from the clients.- In charge with the maintenance and upgrade of financial modules of the system (AR, AP, GL, CM, FA).- Handles design and development in cases that no development personnel are available to do the job.- Involved in the development for Knowledgepay (www.knowledgepay.com) compensation software. - In-charge with the upgrade and maintenance of the company’s web site (www.regalongpambahay.com). Design, create and implement additional modules using HTML, PHP, Javasript and MySQL as per management’s request, on the site and its corresponding Content Management System.- Designed and created a Stock Monitoring System using Visual Basic 6 to be able to counter check the stocks of items per branch as reflected on the POS System Server at the Head Office.- Handles maintenance and repair of the existing Retailing System in the Head Office and branches as well as other software and hardware (Network Server, FTP Server, workstations and branch computer units).- Gives additional inputs for the company’s growth and improvement of the company’s existing system.
