Key responsibilities included resolving employee conflicts and issues. Deployed Office 365 to all transferred Pfizer employees in EMEA, APA and North and South America. I was responsible for all Communications, training and business coordination for North and South America as well as being the liaison between GSK Tech and Pfizer IT. Deployed a complete virtual working package for transferred employees including hardware, mobile phones and software which will remain in place following the pandemic.

Managed five Infrastructure migrations using AGILE/Kan Ban processes of over 11,000 file shares and VMware from the Research Triangle Park data center to the Global Data Center facilities as part of the RTP closure project. Also managed three migrations of over 200 physical servers coaching Agile principles for each sprint and an upgrade to Office 365. Managed the disposition of assets following the de-commissioning of the North Carolina data center. Managed teams of 10 employees and contractors for each move.
