Change Manager for North and South America for Glaxo and Pfizer’s Consumer Health Joint Venture for all of the OTC portfolio. All 6,000+ Pfizer’s Consumer Health employees were transferred to GSK employees. Aside from moving staff, we moved the businesses as well - Infrastructure, R&D, Sales, ERP, BI, Data Disposition and Digital content among many other aspects of the business. Key responsibilities included resolving employee conflicts and issues. Deployed Office 365 to all transferred Pfizer employees in EMEA, APA and North and South America. I was responsible for all Communications, training and business coordination for North and South America as well as being the liaison between GSK Tech and Pfizer IT. Deployed a complete virtual working package for transferred employees including hardware, mobile phones and software which will remain in place following the pandemic.

Managed the Due Diligence project for the acquisition of Leadscope by Instem. Scheduled document production, coordinated outside counsel on both corporations, and collected technical and commercial data. Managed all communications with Analysts and all vendors and clients for both corporations. Deal went public in mid-November.

Senior Program Manager for a global SAP HANA application development and deployment for 32 countries. Assembled the Project Plan and Leadership Presentations, coordinated, and performed check ins for; initial drafting of functional specifications, functional specification finalization and handover, daily scrum, development check points, development handover, UAT handover, Client Demo, and Lessons Learned.

Contracted to manage application development (Agile SAFe, JIRA) and deployment phases of the Digital Transformation Warehouse Management module of SAP to automate Arkema’s plant in Louisville, KY using a test-driven methodology. Also managed the Change Management aspect of the project which impacted all the warehouse employees. Used SharePoint and MS Team Foundation Server (TFS) to manage these projects. Also managed an SAP assessment for Arkema’s 2 plants in Mexico. This involved conducting conflict workshops with all the businesses and Mexico staff for gap analysis and requirements gathering as well as developing a detailed draft deployment plan.

This is my third major contract with this client. The North Carolina Data Center was closed creating schedule and employee conflicts. Managed five Infrastructure migrations using AGILE/Kan Ban processes of over 11,000 file shares and VMware from the Research Triangle Park data center to the Global Data Center facilities as part of the RTP closure project. Also managed three migrations of over 200 physical servers coaching Agile principles for each sprint and an upgrade to Office 365. Managed the disposition of assets following the de-commissioning of the North Carolina data center. Managed teams of 10 employees and contractors for each move.

As a full-time Director as part of the Executive Governance and Transformation Team, Direct report to the CEO, hired and managed a team of 60 people, with six direct reports including 2 senior Project Managers; also directed a global team of over 100 business application owners in the US and India to add critical programs not previously covered in the Infrastructure disaster program. Planned and managed the acquisition of assets for the development of a data center to support the expanding business. Negotiated with hardware, software and real estate vendors. Managed implementations of Altisource systems to several external enterprises as part of my Business transformation plan. Managed the Office 365 deployment and annual Disaster Recovery exercise. Previously, managed the Agile SAP development using Scrum, JIRA, an Office 365 deployment, built out the Cloud (Google Cloud) for applications, and developed and created a B2B capability to enable the company to increase its client base. The portfolio contained 193 IT infrastructure and SDLC projects including software development projects including CA PPM, Cognos and QlikView among several businesses. Migrated the Corporate Data Center to a new location and the Cloud.
