Senior Scientific Technical Manager (SSTM) executive serving as Competency Lead and Division Chief for ARL efforts to lead and manage science of novel mechanics, mechanisms and control to enable manned/unmanned ground and air vehicle concepts. Focus areas include platform design and control to enable increased maneuverability of adaptive tactical air mobility platforms and power/propulsion to extend reach, endurance and readiness of Army Aviation platforms.

Associate Director for the ARL Vehicle Technology Directorate. Responsible for supervisory oversight and leadership of critical support staff including the areas of Budget, Finance, Personnel Management, Administration, Facilities, and Operations. Serve as the Director for the Warrior Injury Assessment Manikin. Responsible for the overall project management effort (cost, performance, and schedule) for development of the world's first underbody blast test device for the Department of Defense. Lead a diverse government, contractor, and academia team tasked with material development of the test instrumentation and associated finite element models, as well as research and testing associated with human bio-mechanical injury products.

Chief of Staff and Chief Operations Officer for the US Army Research, Development and Engineering Command. Lead and integrated the headquarters staff teams, responsible for human resources, operations, logistics, and financial tasks, for a globally deployed Army command comprising more than 14,000 employees and a $6.1 billion annual budget. Planned and directed operational planning and implementation of enterprise initiatives benefiting the US Army, Department of Defense, and international customers.

Led a multi-national product team of over 140 military and civilian acquisition professionals responsible for total lifecycle activities (cost, performance, and schedule) for the US Army and US Marine Corps fleet of long range rocket artillery.

Multiple program management and senior executive assistant positions within tactical missile program officers.

Served with the Canadian Department of Defense on a military personnel exchange program. Planned and executed the Canadian military forces $23 million secure voice communications modernization project.
