> Managed and organized ACCELERATE! – a $10 million national domestic initiative to improve the health outcomes of Black gay and bisexual men. > Established strong new partnerships with national thought leaders, researchers, health departments, community leaders and advocates to further the adoption of the initiative. > Generated broad awareness in six key markets regarding HIV Care Continuum practices, fostering collaboration with national and local stakeholders.> Developed a seminal report on program design perspectives of young Black gay and bisexual men that stemmed from a new partnership with the Young Black Gay Leadership Initiative.> Managed a team responsible for a groundbreaking ethnography of young Black gay and bisexual men in Baltimore, MD and Jackson, MS.> Produced comprehensive HIV system stakeholder & patient mapping platform.

> Advanced national LGBT and HIV health policy and awareness with local, state and federal key stakeholders. > Spearheaded the creation of the organization’s first treatment access-inclusive policy and advocacy platform, resulting in strategic partnerships with thought leaders and influencers that could broadly extend the reach of the organization’s goals. > Strengthened consumer education about HIV by creating the Pozitively Healthy national steering committee comprising a diverse body of 27 peer leaders from across the country committed to improving general awareness of consumer issues. > Collaborated with key President Obama administration officials and LGBT health leaders to host a 2014 White House meeting that delivered advancements in data collection, legal protection, and access to effective HIV treatment regimens.
