Dual education as a fully qualified lawyer (admitted to the Bar of Düsseldorf) and Executive MBA. 4-months intern in the German-Saudiarabian Liaison office for Economic Affairs, Riyadh / Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Functional focus:Acquisitions, disposals of (commercial, especially hotel/resort) real estate across all verticals and stages & private and public companies. Actually clients mainly comprise single family offices, private equity groups, real estate developers, UHNWI' and entrepreneurs.Specialty: tailor made, "silent" deal origination by defining investment requirements and by conducting unsolicited approaches of owners/potential sellers (on a combined fixed & success fee compensation structure). Same approach with respect to the identification of equity/mezzanine partners on opco- (holding/group) and propco-level.Sector focus:1.
