The National Premier Soccer League is the fourth level of US below the Major League Soccer. - Hired as head coach of men's NPSL team and assisted women's WPSL team.- Budget strategy to manage financial constraints throughout the season. - Recruited players to compete with zero budget. - Increased fan base that stemmed from our youth teams.- In 2016 recruited investors and team that went on to play in regional finals. - Project managed and grew our amateur adult league to a new state.

Hired originally to coach academy level teams from U8 all the way through to U18 on both boys and girls. - Won both EDP and NPL leagues as well as various tournaments. - Assisted in recruiting and developing players moving on to play D1 College. - Coordinated and built our elite program within sister club. - Expanded our munchkins program to two new townships.

The National Adult League is a competition aimed at U20 all the way through to Senior Teams. It's aim is to expand adult soccer leagues at all levels of play, thereby allowing clubs to connect youth and adult soccer seamlessly, and develop "members for life." The 2014 season saw over 35 teams compete in their respective divisions throughout the Tri State area and also Florida. Fred's roles with the NAL are:- Business Development.- Social Media Marketing.- Customer Service.- Master League Scheduling.- Maintaining Website Content; updating game scores, calculating league tables andmonitoring player/coach suspensions.

Chelsea FC Foundation works with different counties to bring Soccer Coaching to children of all different backgrounds. Fred worked with various after school programs delivering Soccer sessions to players of all ages.

Fred worked as a Tutor delivering not only his experience but a curriculum aimed at educating students in the role of a Personal Trainer. Along with this he was responsible for Assessing students who had completed their training and who were required to be certified.

David Lloyd is a high end Health and Fitness chain working not only with Personal Training but also other areas such as Tennis and various classes. Fred's primary role was as a Personal Trainer as he delivered 1 on 1 sessions as well as classes such as Spin, Core and Circuit Classes.
