Handled the full range of lending responsibilities from application to loan closing for both commercial and personal clients. Types of lending included Personal Loans & Lines of Credit, Home Equity Lines of Credit & 2nd Mortgages, Auto Loans & Leases and Commercial Loans & Lines of Credit. I also did some support work for our Trust Department.

I was responsible for all aspects of customer relations and personal lending. I was consistently in the Top 5 in Georgia for the average number of services sold per customer as well as total number of services sold in a month for the bank's FastTrack Incentive program. I was recognized multiple times in other short term incentive programs. When the bank revamped its training program I was among the few top selling CSR's to be asked to participate in the filming of the CSR portion of the training program.

I started as a Teller and was responsilbe for Commercial Teller duties. When the Head Teller was terminated I was promoted to the Head Teller position.

Corporate liason to 31 Franchisees with 93 stores in Georgia and Alabama. My responsibilites included maintaining open lines of communication with Franchisees & store personnel, P&L analysis and assuring compliance with Corporate Identity/operational standards.
