Perform land use planning, site design, and land use feasibility analysis to realize the development of land marketing and sales strategies, Identifying an attractive development opportunity.Assembling development teams including architects, engineers, marketers, agents, builders etc. Project managing the development and overseeing any construction work to make sure it is delivered to deadline, negotiating the purchase of land and manage the work of architects, construction companies and property managers. Manage database of parcel, deed, land, and other factual and accurate information relating to properties in assigned territories. Track and maintain database of prospective property owners in assigned locations, documenting any and all communications.Generate and distribute approved communications to existing property owners under agreement. Communicate with landowners’ and legal counsel regarding questions or concerns about agreements. Organize and execute community outreach opportunities with property owners. Coordinate with the governmental and municipality agencies for utilities and development standards in regard to specific sites within a community.Managing all planning and building permission and licenses and keeping abreast of general developments and regulations.

Identify and research target markets and new land/lots for potential acquisition.Negotiate and contract land/lots and prepare High & Best use analysis.Manage the due diligence and entitlement process to ensure all contract terms are met pre and post-closing.Manage and oversee the work of outside parties.
