Assisting the research for Deloitte led USAID funded project “Armenia Improved Water Management for Sustainable Economic Growth”

- Delivering and communicating ROI for IDC clients throughout the customer journey- Acting as an advisor and extension of clients’ organizations in the EMEA region- Tracking clients’ organizational and individual needs- Proactively assessing opportunities and delivering IDC resources to achieve valuable outcomes- Co-owning customer relationships, and collaborating closely with other team members to support renewals and expansion opportunities- Gauging customer engagement levels and finding creative solutions to drive deeper value

- Answering the key FMCG clients’ (responsible for Henkel, Nestlé, and Metro Market) needs regarding consumer insights through Usage & Attitude, Segmentation, Concept/Product/Packaging Tests, Price Perception, Brand Health, NPS studies- Preparing proposals, developing questionnaires, and controlling the scripts & working effectively with local and international teams on the project execution- Proactively managing the tracking studies- Analyzing the data and reporting the findings with recommendations sheding light to clients’ marketing strategies- Inclusion Impact Team (IIT) member, organizing social responsibility projects and writing newsletters

- Data control, coding, analysis and providing insights accordingly- Corporate perception and reputation & retailer and employee satisfaction researches

(Foundation for the Support of Women’s Work)- Voluntarily worked for the economic empowerment of low-income and refugee women in Turkey- Analyzed survey data of potential beneficiaries to define and track the needs for job creation or direction processes.- Worked on business development processes of existing women’s cooperatives in Istanbul
