I am an Associate in the White & Case Dispute Resolution practice, where I provide legal assistance to clients in court, arbitration and administrative proceedings. I focus my practice on complex, cross-border commercial litigation, particularly in the new tech industry, as well as recognition and enforcement of foreign, both intra- and infra-EU judgments.The cases I have dealt with include several platform liability litigations, legal malpractice, medical products, private enforcement, post-M&A and construction (FIDIC) claims. I have notably advised on a multi-billion euro enforcement of a foreign judgment against sanctioned entities.A PhD candidate in civil procedure at the University of Warsaw. I have also researched the interplay between private law, fundamental rights and new tech regulations.
