I was born and raised on the island of Maui, with no aspirations to really push the limits in life. I literally thought I would only excel in my hobby (Ulua Fishing), and that would be my life. Until, I found myself In the excavation world, learning how to become a heavy equipment operator. I stayed an operator up while moving to the fastest-growing metro, Dallas-Fort Worth in 2019. Towards the end of ‘20, I was asked to move up from a Loader Operator at a mobile, concrete-batch-plant, to a plant operator, where I learned the ins-and-outs of concrete. While in this position, I quickly learned more about where I wanted to be in life, and staying in the industry, did not benefit me at all, other than help pay the bills,I found real estate, and quickly realized that apartments provided me with: Opportunity to scale fastBig enough “pie” for many to partake of.So, I founded Valley Isle Capital in 2022, with a focus on providing investment opportunities to individuals looking to invest in real estate that have no time and knowledge to learn the industry themselves.In the 2 years of being in the industry, I learned that having a team will propel me further, faster. In August of 2024, I Co founded Diversified Equity Partners. With the same focus, but better options for our investors.
