About Florian Kurzmaier

For more than a decade, I have been working in various editorial roles in the media industry. For Foundry, I have been supporting successful event formats such as the CIO of the Year or the Digital Leader Award for years, developing formats, methodologies and concepts live and virtually. The contacts to the German IT descison maker community are the driving force for my work and the motivation to build and develop the best event platforms possible for this outstanding community.In my role as Director Innovation & Portfolio Development, my work has also taken on a more strategic perspective since October 1, 2022: What formats, content, methods or completely new aspects do our events need to remain exciting for our communities, offer 'food for thought' and promote networking and exchange?In addition, I continue to implement some of our formats as an executive producer, I am available as a freelance author and I can call myself a "Trained facilitator of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methods and materials".
