Im happy to be the marketing manager at Seara Consulting, a company that provides marketing solutions and services to help clients grow their businesses and achieve their goals. I have been working at Seara Consulting for over two years, starting as an appointment setter and progressing to a managerial role. I have also previously worked in inbound/outbound dialling, specifically sales and client retention, this sharpened my ability to empathise with customers, sell services and products, handle complaints and rejections to lead to overall client satisfaction!My core competencies include communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation. I oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness for our clients. I have successfully managed multiple projects and campaigns, delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations. For example, I recently launched a social media campaign that increased the client's followers by 50% and generated over 100 leads in one month.I have a strong educational background in business studies, law, psychology, and core maths, which helps me to understand the needs and preferences of our target audiences and create effective and engaging marketing messages.
