Responsible for the implementation and administration of the Quality Management System, Safety Management System, and Ground Safety Programs. Assisted the Director of Quality Assurance in establishing a program to receive Operations Specifications (OPSPEC) D090 approval from the FAA. Responsibility towards managing the internal audit program and Approved Vendors List to ensure 14 CFR 121, 14 CFR 145, and Title 49 requirements are adhered to by maintaining audit compliance in excess of 300 vendors. Worked with internal and external teams to promote the tracking and ensuring appropriate corrective actions are taken on non-conformances for external and internal audits. Responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies such as the Department of Defense, Federal Aviation Administration, and foreign agencies.

Company ceased operations due to COVID-19 pandemic. Performed duties as a Coordinating Agency for Supplier Evaluation (C.A.S.E.) Level III auditor. Directly coordinates with the Director of Quality Assurance and the FAA accountability representative to ensure 14 CFR 121, 14 CFR 145, and Title 49 requirements are adhered to. Responsible for tracking and ensuring appropriate corrective actions are taken on non-conformances and Extended-range Twin-engine Operational Performance Standards (ETOPS) events. Tracked aircraft engine and Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) reliability and oil consumption. Created monthly CASS reports and presented on a director level.

Performed duties as a Coordinating Agency for Supplier Evaluation (C.A.S.E.) Level III auditor,Managed and ensured currency and compliance with Essential and Non-Essential Maintenance providers, On-call maintenance providers, and the internal audits of Mesa Airlines. Additionally, directly coordinated with the Director of Quality Assurance and the FAA accountability representative to ensure 14 CFR 121, 14 CFR 145, and Title 49 requirements were adhered to. Monitored and managed root cause analysis for Mesa Airlines internal departments and external vendors while assisting the Continuing and Analysis Surveillance System (CASS) with reporting findings and corrective actions.

Contracted out to the Boeing Mesa AH-64 assembly line. Specializing in Aircraft Brakes, Armor, and Electrical Bonding. Responsibilities included adhering to the rapidly changing requirements of the assembly line while maintaining the care and quality of the Boeing standard. Utilization of foresight was paramount in ensuring that job completion occurred in a timely manner. Having the mechanical background, ability to read blueprints, and foresight allowed communication between engineering and technicians enhanced the relationship and allowed expedited Engineering Orders to be completed on a regular basis.
