Associate Buyer
Current- Data analyst dealing with logistic data, such as forecast, forecast lead time, batch size, shelf-life, average sales, predicted sales, safety stock, final purchase, and so on.- Taking daily decisions based on our target goals, creating interactive dashboards for data visualization, and multi areas dashboards.- On a weekly basis, I deal with a high amount of demand doing follow-ups of more than 90 suppliers and working on each of their KPIs. That workflow generates a volume of 24000+ purchase orders weekly.- Responsible for the supply in the Great São Paulo Area, as well as the inbound of the goods at the dark stores and the central warehouse, ensuring the adequate quality of the products, and tracking the most important KPIs.- Giving support to 21 operations supervisors and also to the central warehouse, calling meetings across areas in order to solve daily problems, including the suppliers outside our organization.- Planning the scheduler of each supplier accordingly to our goals.Achievements:I reduced daily waste of a key category in the largest market by revenue by 40%.I made profitable the supply operation of a critical supplier, which provides us a 6-hour shelf life product.I leveraged the general availability of products of my market by 8%
