1 - Business partnership in Vf international Board: Member of the VF international (EMEA and ASIA) leadership team as the IT partner to make sure technical innovation and changes are supporting the business evolution with a particular care of:- Direct to Consumer evolution and growth ,- IS Official Sponsor and owner for the European Business transformation and Change Management program for all back office functions (from supply chain to credit collection) , which scope is to reduce complexity (KPI’s and ROI defined by the Sponsors) and introduce where possible harmonization (and best practices) cross brands and regions. Full education on the ‘Business European transformation program' s ' concept with the relative 5 years IS roadmap towards a full processes /organization and applications mutation .- Responsible in EMEA to drive the Due diligences as IT/IS expert.2 - Team leader: continuously making sure that the European IS team is on top of the organizational mutation necessary to support the business transformation program roadmap for the next 5 years.Lights on: make sure that despite the business transformation , the legacy can still support the business without business disruption.3 - Economics : accountable (with success so far) for the full IT budget/projects costs in EMEA and gatekeeper for the relative Corporate cost savings guidelines. 4 . Strong EMEA representative in the IT/IS Global leadership team (total 11 persones included the Global CIO) .
