About Melina Flabiano

I'm an experienced manager and operator in the retail and consumer space. I love creating cool customer experiences and building products to shape the future of how we shop. Currently, I lead Omnichannel Fulfillment Product for Estee Lauder's global brands. This includes capabilities like Buy Online, Pickup In Store, Ship From Store, Real Time Delivery, and Omni Returns. I lead a team to design and build the end-to-end consumer experience for these capabilities, support brands with marketing and activation, and own and drive ongoing performance. Throughout the pandemic, beauty customers rely on Omni delivery options to get products quickly and safely, so these efforts are more critical than ever and account for significant revenue for our stores. Prior to this role, I launched my own women's fashion brand called Keaton, where I developed the perfect women's work pant based on feedback from over 300 women.
