I facilitate participatory design processes with learning communities and creative spaces, both physical and virtual, and often in a global and intercultural context. As part of this track, I have been a teacher of Learner Experience Design at HRD Academy, Belgium, and of Agile HR processes at Brugge Business School, Louvain University of Applied Sciences, Belgium. I am a certified professional Scrum and Agile practitioner, teacher, and coach (SMC, A-CSM, CSP®-SM, CSPO). I have developed a new take on designing the conditions for the emergence of a creative space for the facilitation of co-creation and learning (Resourceful Exformation, 2020). I am a Warm Data Lab host for the International Bateson Institute - and hold memberships of the Scrum Alliance and the Systemic Design Association. I am a member of the advisory board of People Before Patients (Quebec, Canada) and Maghenta, Platform for India-Inspired Arts (Ghent-Jodhpur).I have been a lifelong student and teacher of Sanskrit and Pāli, having spent most of my adult life studying, living, and working in and with India.I offer my work through business units in Belgium (Francis Laleman bv) and Singapore (Agile Facilitation Beyond Borders Pte. Ltd.). In recent years, my assignments have been online, in Europe, and in India, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, the Philippines, Hong Kong (SAR), and Singapore.I currently live and work in Singapore, where I paint, write, teach, and play the gǔzhēng - while my greatest pleasure is that I can work with systemic designers and facilitators in the educational and social fields, and often in development projects with adolescents and young adults in marginalized communities in Southeast Asia.=http://bio.site/francislalemanhttp://www.beyond-borders.behttps://francis-laleman.medium.com
