Flaming is a Midlands based IT solutions provider. Specialising in providing Technology Services, Hardware,Software and complete solutions for new start up’s and SME’s.

Firefox is a specialist IT solution provider developing and offering products and services to primarily to the education sector. I managed a team of three and reported directly to the Support Manager & CEO. Operational duties include managing and supporting entire in-house IT infrastructure. Administration of 5 UK and joint admin of 12 US based co – lo servers.

Contracted as part of a small team responsible for upgrading and installing Core Police applications throughout the entire Derbyshire Force. Software included CNC (Command & Control), PNC (Police National Computer) and PIMS. In addition to main rollout duties I was also asked to work in conjunction with the main IS department and assist them with their day to day support duties.

Contracted to work on a National Rollout Project (BFS) of New laptops for Yorkshire and Clydesdale Bank Business Units in England and Scotland. Duties included taking a full inventory of hardware and software, assessing the need for further improvements, installation and configuration of new hardware and user training.During interlude periods between the various phases of the project I was assigned to various other projects. Providing one to one support to users ranging from Regional Business Managers to Branch Staff. Maintenance, Configuration, Repair, Restore and Build of Compaq (Accredited Workshop), Dell, Hewlett Packard and IBM Hardware in use throughout the banks.
