Responsible for a Technology team of approximately 80 members with offices in Greater Boston and San Diego, supporting a customer base of nearly 3,500 external users and 700 internal users in all aspects of Technology - both proprietary software as well as third-party solutions, and all areas of general consumer Technology for both business and personal use - in a BYOD environment. My team manages the networks of more than 1,000 offices, with physical CheckPoint Firewalls in each office, as well as NAS and backup solution support. We provide data migration on-boarding to our systems through the use of various ETL tools, and produce training content for our proprietary tools and third-party software.The desktop and remote support facet of the team consists of Level 1 and Level 2 technicians, and Level 3 Engineers, and we provide a broad scope of services, designed to support every aspect of a small business owner's personal and business Technology needs, which includes network and systems support for their business, data synchronization, MDM, device set up and configuration, as well as hardware and software support for just about any products a business owner might leverage in the marketplace to run their business. With a strong emphasis on offering exceptional customer experience and satisfaction, our group of Technology Consultants provides remote and in-office services and guidance on the latest tools and Technology with the goal being to help make businesses as efficient as possible based on their goals, budget, and business model. We work closely with preferred vendors to assist our customers with their purchasing needs, and also assist in the set up of configuration of everything from NAS devices, to personal computers (both MAC and PC), mobile devices, and video conferencing. My primary responsibilities include: building out our ITSM model, developing and managing budgets, vendor relations and negotiations, staff coaching and career development.

As manager of the Technology Support Services department at Commonwealth, I have the pleasure of working closely with the supervisors of our Technology Helpdesk, Technology Consultant team, Technical Training team, and our Database Conversion Engineers to create, maintain, and actively enhance our vision and processes for providing truly indispensable service to our customers, business partners, and colleagues.

Managed the database conversion team for Commonwealth Financial Network’s hosted Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, responsible for migrating data from 3rd party CRM products (such as GoldMine, SalesForce, ACT! and Redtail) to our customized MSCRM system using SQL Server Management Studio and Scribe Insight.
