As VP Customer Experience at LiveRamp, Ted is responsible for the success of all data collaboration & clean room customers, stemming from LiveRamp's acquisition of Habu in February 2024. Formerly Habu's Chief Customer Officer, Ted's specialized CX team oversees customer engagements end-to-end, starting with pre-sales solution design and continuing all the way through implementation and value delivery. The CX team is comprised of domain experts spanning, Solution Engineering, Customer Success / Professional Services, Data Science & Analytics, and GTM Enablement. At Habu, this CX team redefined how companies work with data - designing, deploying & scaling software solutions that put privacy first and delivered on business outcomes. The team's work led directly to LiveRamp's acquisition of Habu and the opportunity to make a similar impact across what is, by far, the industry's largest and most established collaboration network. He brings over a decade of experience advising the world's leading brands on how they can better leverage data and technology. Based in New York City, Ted is always eager to brainstorm and problem solve with customers, partners and prospects.Previously, Ted led Customer Success and Professional Services for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud's Data & Identity products, overseeing a portfolio of 350 customers and a team of over 50 expert consultants. Ted joined Salesforce in 2016, via the Krux acquisition, where he had held similar leadership roles in client services. He arrived at Krux after stints in consulting and business development within IBM's media practice. Ted has an MBA from Columbia Business School and majored in American Literature at Middlebury College. He lives in Fair Haven, NJ with his wife and four children.
